Terms of Service & Freight Calculation Liability
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Calqor (calqor.net) and any associated web calculators, algorithms, or visualizers (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform.
2. Description of Service & Mathematical Nature
Calqor provides informational calculation utilities designed to estimate carton stacking arrangements, Ti-Hi layer configurations, gross shipping weights, and volumetric capacities. Calculations are based on generalized mathematical algorithms (including guillotine cuts and pinwheel orientations) and published standard industry tolerances (e.g., GMA 48x40 specifications and Amazon FBA published Seller Central policies).
3. Freight Liability Disclaimer & Assumption of Risk
Calqor, its creators, engineers, and hosting providers explicitly disclaim all liability for:
- Freight carrier demurrage, detention, layover, or re-delivery fees.
- Amazon inbound non-compliance penalties, defect fees, carton re-labeling charges, or seller account suspensions.
- Cargo compression damage, pallet rack collapse, or in-transit load shifts resulting from inadequate stretch wrapping, low ECT-grade corrugate, or improper load securement.
- Carrier re-weighing or re-measuring dimensional weight adjustments.
4. Intellectual Property & Commercial Usage
The layout, algorithmic code, visual canvas rendering pipeline, brand identity, and design assets of Calqor are protected under copyright and international intellectual property laws. You may utilize the calculated outputs and manifests for commercial and private logistics planning. However, you may not scrape, reverse engineer, frame, or redistribute the platform's proprietary codebase without prior written authorization.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. CALQOR MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF MATHEMATICAL CALCULATIONS OR FREIGHT CONSTRAINTS.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
