2. What Calqor Provides

Calqor provides free educational and informational calculators for estimating carton arrangements, pallet stacking (Ti-Hi), container loading (CBM), dimensional weight, freight cost break-evens, and related shipping calculations. Outputs are generated using generalized geometric formulas, standard physical tolerances, and publicly documented carrier rules. 3. Estimates Only; Verify Before You Rely

Real-world freight conditions vary based on packaging bulge, corrugate grade (ECT/burst rating), humidity, pallet overhang, truck axle weight limits, carrier dimensional divisors, and evolving fulfillment center policies. Always confirm critical dimensional thresholds, gross weights, and fee schedules directly with your freight carrier, 3PL warehouse, customs broker, or Amazon Seller Central before dispatching shipments or placing packaging orders.

4. Third-Party Rules and Reference Data

Where our tools reference carrier specifications, ISO container standards (e.g., ISO 668), Grocery Manufacturers Association (GMA) pallet standards, or Amazon inbound receiving policies, we strive to keep them accurate and reflect recent updates. However, we do not warrant that third-party rules, dimensional limits, or tariff schedules displayed on the site are complete, error-free, or current at any given moment.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Calqor only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, bypass, degrade, or overload our hosting infrastructure or network security;
• Engage in automated scraping, mass data harvesting, or programmatic querying at a scale that impairs service for other users;
• Copy, mirror, republish, or redistribute the website's proprietary visual code, layout design, or original text without prior written permission;
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of international trade controls.

You are warmly welcome to use your own calculated outputs, manifests, and printable slips for personal, commercial, and enterprise logistics operations.

6. Intellectual Property

The original software code, website architecture, visualizer rendering engines, editorial articles, graphics, and brand styling of Calqor belong to Calqor and are protected under copyright and international intellectual property laws. Third-party trademarks, carrier brand names, and logistics trade standards referenced on the site belong to their respective owners.

7. User Feedback and Suggestions

If you submit bug reports, formula corrections, suggestions, or feature requests via our contact form or email, you grant us an unrestricted, royalty-free, perpetual right to implement those suggestions to improve our calculation models and tools without obligation or compensation to you. Personal data submitted with feedback is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

8. Advertising and Third-Party Links

Calqor displays third-party programmatic advertisements served by Google AdSense and contains hyperlinks to external resources, carrier rate guides, and official documentation. We do not endorse, sponsor, or control third-party websites or advertisements, and we are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or goods and services offered on external sites.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Calqor and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the site or reliance on calculator outputs.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Calqor explicitly disclaims liability for:

• Freight carrier demurrage, detention, layover, bobtail, re-delivery, or storage charges;
• Amazon inbound non-compliance fees, defect charges, carton re-labeling fees, shipment rejections, or seller account suspensions;
• Cargo compression damage, rack collapse, or in-transit load shifts resulting from structural pallet overhang, sub-standard corrugate, or improper load securing;
• Carrier re-weighing, re-measuring, or billable dimensional weight audit adjustments;
• Customs clearance delays, tariff misclassifications, or import duty discrepancies.

Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising from or related to the Services is strictly limited to USD $100.00 (or the amount you paid us to use the service, which is zero). Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

11. Changes to the Services and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue any calculator, feature, or content at any time. We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of Calqor after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of Calqor shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
