Carton dimensions, weights, quantities, pallet selections, and other cargo inputs you type into Calqor's calculators are computed locally by client-side JavaScript on your device. We do not receive, record, or store your supply chain specifications, product dimensions, or shipment manifests on remote servers. If you choose to share a calculation using a URL parameter link, those inputs exist solely within that link's address.

2. Information We Collect

We collect limited information only when necessary to operate, secure, and improve the website:

• Contact and feedback submissions: When you send a message via our contact form or email, we receive your name (if provided), email address, message content, and the tool you referenced. We use this information solely to answer your questions, resolve reported calculation issues, and improve the site. We retain message records for up to 24 months, after which they are deleted. We do not use your contact information for commercial marketing or newsletter lists.
• Server and security logs: Our hosting and content delivery network provider, Cloudflare, automatically processes technical data including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser user-agent, operating system, requested pages, referring URLs, and timestamps. This data is processed strictly for security, DDoS prevention, and ensuring site availability.
• Analytics: Calqor relies on server-level, privacy-preserving Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track personal identities across third-party websites.
• Preferences: Your selected light/dark theme preference is saved locally on your device in your browser's localStorage so that your visual setting persists across visits. This is purely local and not transmitted to our servers.

3. Advertising and Cookies

Calqor is a free resource supported by advertising. We use Google AdSense to serve advertisements across the site.

Google and its advertising partners use cookies, device identifiers, and similar tracking technologies to serve ads based on prior visits to this website or other sites on the Internet, measure advertising effectiveness, and prevent fraudulent activity.

Direct contact submissions (emails and contact form records) are retained for up to 24 months to address ongoing technical inquiries, after which they are permanently deleted. Server logs and advertising metrics are managed and retained by Cloudflare and Google according to their respective privacy policies.
